October 3-7 | Starting at $500For the mind that never quite fit.
For adults who are freshly diagnosed, still figuring it out, or simply done explaining themselves to people who don't get it.
“You get to own parts of your life that didn't feel like they belonged to you.”
You've spent a long time translating yourself for a world that wasn't built with you in mind. Maybe you've been told you're too much, or not enough, or both at once. Maybe you've learned to perform a version of yourself that gets through the day — but leaves you depleted in ways that are hard to name.
—You don't have to do that here.
What this work actually looks like
This is depth-oriented, somatic therapy — but I come in already knowing the terrain. I'm not going to misread your intensity as aggression, your silence as resistance, or your need to understand why as obstinance.
I know what masking costs. I know what it's like to be so justice-oriented that the world feels like a constant low-grade emergency. I know about the paralysis that looks like laziness from the outside, and the hyperfocus that looks like obsession. The procrastination that isn't about effort. The fear of speaking honestly because you've been misunderstood — or worse, mocked — before.
I also know what's remarkable about how your mind works. The expanded awareness. The wit. The depth of feeling. The way you hold complexity others can't. That belongs in the room too.
And often, the work goes deeper than neurodivergence alone. Years of not fitting leave marks. We can go there — into the trauma that grew around the edges of a mind that never quite fit. That's not a detour from this work. It's often the heart of it.
