Working with me is collaborative and heart-centric — meaning you’ll have someone in your corner who’s fully invested in your wellbeing. Clients often describe me as “chill and challenging.” We can laugh and be silly, but I’m also going to take you into deeper territory when it serves you.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices, somatic and depth-oriented work, parts work, creativity, and intuition. You and I will use the information that comes directly from your lived experience — your dreams, habits, biology, strengths, and the way your particular nervous system moves through the world. That’s how we co-create an approach that fits you rather than forcing you into a rigid model.

There’s structure here, even if it’s flexible. We start by identifying what you want to be different — the shift you’re aiming for or the version of yourself you’re trying to reclaim. That intention quietly shapes everything we do. And I will almost always offer a task, reflection, or focal point to carry with you between sessions so the work continues beyond the hour.

In session, expect me to slow things down. I will prompt you again and again to pause, feel into your body, and notice the subtle shifts that show up when something is true, overwhelming, avoided, or ready to move. I’ll ask weird — but intentionally crafted — questions to help you uncover layers you may not realize you’re holding. If things get too intense, we use grounding and resourcing to settle your system so you can return to the work safely.

Behind the scenes, I’m always tracking patterns, making connections, and looking for the keys that help your deeper material surface. But I’m a guide, not the agent of change. The shifts come from your willingness to show up, experiment, and let the work meet you..
